Do You Have a Bargain Sale Proposal?
Do you have a special car, a yacht or plane, an heirloom antique or maybe appreciated stock or other items or intangibles that you don't feel you can afford to donate in full? A bargain sale may be the right answer.
You can get full appreciated value for your real estate, luxury car, boat or plane, and other assets through the Bargain Sale program. This is in the form of cash and a tax deduction.
As mentioned in the IRS codes, "A bargain sale of property to a qualified organization (a sale or exchange for less than the property's fair maket value) is partly a charitable contributiion and partly a sale or exchange."
